Would you use a black diamond for your wedding bands?
My fiance and I have just discovered the market of black diamonds and adore the way the look. I just had a couple questions about them like are they really diamonds? Would it be bad luck to not use a “real” clear type of diamond? (Sorry, I know that sounds silly) Would you ever consider using a black diamond ring instead of the clear type? Just wanted some opinions, thanks!

From what I understand black diamonds (and most colored ones) are dyed that color because they are inferior diamonds with many inclusions and off color that dyeing masks. So if that’s what you are interested in, go ahead. White diamonds are overrated anyway, and the fad was started by the DeBeers diamond cartel.
