How do I force Crystal reports to print colour images as black and white to a colour printer?
the printer is set to print all images as black and white by default but crystal seems to overide the defaults
even when changing the properties in the printer driver to black and white it still gets overridden by crystal and prints colour anyway
click file-print-highlight the printer you want and choose propeties or preferences which ever you have. once youre in there navigate around to where you find a choice for color or black and white printing. choose black and white. then print. that should do it. good luck
