Where can I find materials to make a Bella bracelet from the Twilight books?

I’ve tried looking at a Micheal’s craft store but their selection was terrible. I would think that a clear crystal heart charm would be easy to find but it’s not. I’ve even tried Wal-mart and Kohls. Also I’d rather not do e-bay just because I don’t want to wait and shipping is insane on there these days. So if anyone else has any suggestions where I can buy these things IN STORE and not online I would love to hear it.
