Where can I find a solitaire-style ring where the “diamond” is made out of platinum or white gold?

I saw an advertisement in a magazine a few years ago (maybe in In-Style?) and I haven’t been able to find it since then. I think it a particular designer made such a ring.

I don’t think I understand your question. A diamond can not be made out of platinum or white gold. A diamond is a diamond.
