Can I customize an engagement ring?

I’m looking to buy an engagement ring and I was wondering if I could create a custom engagement ring. I want to put a yellow topaz gemstone and a diamond or two, to accent the yellow topaz gemstone, on a white gold ring. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to customize a ring.
