My engagement ring is a Marquis cut 1 caret?

I noticed that it has very visible black marks in it. They can be seen with the naked eye, but much clearer with a magnifying glass. This is a stone that was replaced due to loss. My other diamond did not have these same marks ( or inclusions). Do you think that because it was covered under warranty and they had to give me a diamond for free that they gave me one of much cheaper value? I’ve seen lots of diamonds in my day and never have been able to see flaws with the naked eye.

does it really matter you have a ring and you are getting married that is just a outside thing to let others to see a symbol . but if it bothers you that much take it back and see what they can do about it tell them about the marks and you are not happy with it and see if they will replace it
