I looked up the diamond’s value, without the gold setting, at http://www.diamondpriceguru.com/, and it found 23 marquise, .75-carat diamonds. The prices ranged from $1,595 to $3,284. If you know the clarity grade, color grade, or cut quality grade of the diamond, you can plug those in on the same site and narrow down the answers a lot.
