What is the name of an engagment ring where the main diamond is set above a row a smaller diamonds?

I like the “quad” ring but wanna know what that setting is called

I heard they called it “river style” where the center diamond is suspended over a row of channel, prong or pave’ set diamond under it.

Some people also call it suspension style almost like a bridge.
