Is this ring suitable as an eternity ring?

Unfortunately I can’t upload a picture, but it’s a silver band, with three small diamonds set in it made by Tiffany. Is this suitable as an eternity ring, given that I can’t afford a fully diamond-encrusted one?

Not quite….eternity rings have diamonds that go fully around the ring. Yours sounds like a past, present, and future ring.
