Can i use swarovski crystals in my cross stitch wedding sampler?

Would i just scatter them all over to give it a bit of glitter

You can use either sew on flatbacks, montes, or Swarovski beads. They are all available in a variety of sizes and colors, from 3-4mm up to 40mm. The beads are available in many shapes and styles, montes and flatbacks are, generally round, although they’re always adding new product to their line so you might find others. Montes are in a metal setting, you sew through channels on the back. Flatbacks are just the stone and are, generally sewn through holes drilled along the edges.It is a beautiful affect.
