How does one attach a Swarovski crystal to metal?

I want to make a steam punk pendant, and I need to attach a Swarovski crystal to the pendant, and the pendant is made of metal. It is a pendant cut crystal. Can someone help?
It’s not a very expensive crystal, so I can get another if need be. But, I need to attach the crystal so it has a seamless look.
