Is this Swarovski snowflake repairable?

Hey guys! Last Christmas I got someone a Swarovski Crystal Snowflake Ornament. One of the points (like one of the arms I guess) on the snowflake fell off, will the repair center be able to fix it? And will I have to pay for the repair? Please answer! Top 3 best answers will get a question answered in return.

They dont repair, they just give you a new one, with a fee of course.
