You can buy such stuff in bead shops, which will have a better selection than in haberdashery shops. There’s a big bead shop in Beak Street, just off Regent Street (they supply to the fashion industry), the Bead Shop in Tower Street, off Upper St Martin’s Lane, and Aura Beads in Neal’s Yard (not sure about their Swarovski supplies).
